About me

I conduct independent, public-interest research into Australian cybersecurity policy, regulation and public spending. I use evidence, Freedom of Information records, financial analysis, technical expertise and systems thinking to test whether institutions are solving the right problems, whether their conclusions are supported by the facts, and what should change when they are not.
